• Full name
• Passport number
• Date of birth

Without this information, you won't be able to complete the registration.

How to register your facial biometrics

Go to https://sao-paulo.bepass.com.br/ and submit the documents below according to your situation.

Registration for adults

You'll need:

• A selfie with your face clearly visible.
• A photo of the front of your ID (RG) or driver's license (CNH).
• A photo of the back of your ID (RG) or driver's license (CNH).
• If your document doesn't include your CPF, also attach the CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue (Receita Federal).

Registration for minors

You'll need:

• A selfie of the minor with their face clearly visible.
• A photo of the open ID (RG), birth certificate with CPF, or CPF issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue.
• A photo of the legal guardian's open ID (RG) or driver's license (CNH).

Registration for children without a CPF on their document

If the child doesn't have an ID (RG) or has an ID without a CPF, the registration goes through a manual review before being approved.

When this applies:

• The child only has a birth certificate.
• The child has an ID (RG), but the CPF is not listed on it.

How to proceed:

2. After starting the registration, open a support ticket requesting a manual review.
3. Wait for approval before purchasing the ticket.
